HSW S.A. is taking steps to robotize the production process, expand the machinery inventory and sign new contracts. All of that is done to boost the manufacturing capacity that the company has, and thus, increase the facility’s efficiency and heighten the quality of the products. Consequently, the actions taken would reinforce the market position HSW has, domestically and internationally. This year HSW S.A. is offering up to several corporate and manufacturing vacancies.
HSW S.A. has just finalized expansion of its barrel manufacturing facility which makes the company one of the leading European entities in the area of manufacturing artillery systems. Another investment took on a form of creating a new production facility with an area of 3.5 thousand square meters. The project also includes establishment of an X-ray lab featuring the volumetrically largest X-ray chamber in Poland, destined to be used for the purpose of examining high volume welded structures and robotized welding stations. At the same time HSW S.A. is also systematically procuring CNC machining systems.
The company is currently involved in several investment projects related to modernization and expansion of the industrial infrastructure at hand. Process is going on, aimed at robotizing the welding portion of the manufacturing. Within that scope the company is currently implementing the latest automatic combat vehicle hulls and chassis welding technology. Implementation of that solution would place HSW S.A. among the global armour industry leaders. Expansion and modernization of the manufacturing infrastructure are viewed as steps that are necessary in the light of the newly emerging challenges. Accomplishing the goals set by production plans defining the facility’s future for years to come requires relevant increase of employment.
Relevant needs HSW S.A. has within the scope of its HR stem from the growing manufacturing capacity that is a consequence of new products and launch of manufacturing of new products.
The facility is looking for employees with the following specialties: welder, automation specialist, electronics expert with electrical work qualifications, mechanical fitter, CNC milling machine operator, milling machine operator, CNC turning machine operator, CNC lathe operator. Employees are also needed in the following departments: OHS, design, QA, IT, economic security and Project Management.
