The fact that Tomasz Siemiątkowski has resigned had been released to the public by Bartosz Kownacki, Secretary of State at the Polish MoD, via his Twitter account. 

Szczepan Ruman, before being appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board, was acting as the Director of the Strategy Office at the PGZ S.A. company. He also has gathered some relevant experience, working at managerial positions outside the Polish Armaments Group. In Poland, as well as abroad, he was being employed in strategic consulting companies. He was also involved in investment, take-over and new business establishment processes.

Szczepan Ruman has graduated from a management major at IESE Business School in Barcelona and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is also a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. He is an active participant of the initiatives of the pro-defence associations, while in his free time he pursues his hobby as a competition shooter. 

Robert Gut is an expert on national security, administration and public finances. He has also gathered a rich professional experience, within the scope of managing mobilization and armament. Gut remains in possession of rich knowledge related to the area of public procurement, logistics, energy security and social security. He has gathered the skills relevant for the aforesaid areas at a number of stages of his career, as he was working at the State Protection Office, Office of the President of the Republic of Poland, and as a member of the Military Counter-intelligence Service.

Robert Gut is an economic major graduate of the Radom University of Technology, currently known under the name of Kazimierz Pulaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom. He obtained an Executive MBA degree at the University of Gdansk. Mr. Robert Gut has been awarded by the President of Poland, with the Silver Cross of Merit. At the moment he also works as a Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board at the Nauta Shiprepair Yard, based in Gdynia.
