HSW S.A. Starts a Recruitment Campaign

HSW is working on a number of strategic projects involving manufacturing of equipment for the Polish military. The facility is also making investment in the area of modernizing its hardware and creating a new production hall.  As for now, the company employs more than 760 employees, while development of the facility creates a need for more jobs. 

Starting from the beginning of this year, we’ve already employed around 55 new employees. However, our company is undergoing rapid development and to maintain this trend we are running a continuous recruitment process and we want to attract the best-qualified specialists to the HSW S.A. facility. Until the end of this year we want to onboard another several employees. It is planned that employment at HSW would grow in 2018 and beyond, within the framework of which the expert staff employed at our company would be reinforced.

HSW is currently looking forward to employing OSN milling cutter operators, locksmiths, paintshop specialists, welders, turners, press operators, plotters, wire cutting machine operators, process specialists and designers. The company is also looking for internal audit specialists and logisticians. There are some vacancies available too for persons specializing in sales, procurement, marketing, project management, IT, HR management, investment and environment protection. According to HSW’s release, the company is eager to work with young people willing to utilize their know-how and qualifications in the area of national security. Furthermore, the company also offers internships for students, allowing them to get experienced in working at one of the most modern production facilities in Poland.

Companies nominated to receive this award create classes under patronage at vocational schools, also offering internship and trainings, scholarships or provide the schools with the equipment required to train the professionals.
