1. Scope of services
Defence24 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Foksal 18, 00-372 Warszawa, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000427851, with share capital (paid-up capital) of PLN 400,000, NIP: 1132857583, REGON: 146224999, hereinafter referred to as “Defence24”, offers users (“User”) through its information services:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services” or individually as “Service”) a service consisting in sending current news posted on the Services and commercial (marketing) information concerning the activities of Defence24, Affiliated Entities and Cooperating Entities via e-mail (“Newsletter”, “Service”). The list of Affiliated Entities can be found at www.defence24.pl/ group (“Affiliated Entities”), and a list of cooperating entities, i.e. entities that have entered into agreements with Defence24 in connection with the services provided by Defence24, can be found at www.defence24.pl/podmiotywspolpracujace-defence24 (“Cooperating Entities”).

3. Technical requirements:
a) in order to use the Newsletter, the User must have a device with Internet access, equipped with a web browser enabling the display of websites, as well as an active email account enabling the receipt and sending of electronic messages.
b) Subscription to the Newsletter is subject to the rules set out in these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By subscribing to the Newsletter, the User agrees to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
4. Terms of service:
a) The Newsletter is a free service.
b) To sign up for the Newsletter (hereinafter: Agreement), the User shall be required to do the following:
a. Enter the Services website.
b. enter their name and email address in the dedicated form,
c. give their consent and accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking “Subscribe”,
d. confirm their subscription to the Newsletter by clicking on the link provided in the message sent to the email address provided;
c) upon confirmation of the Newsletter order, an Agreement is concluded between the User and Defence24;
d) The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period;
e) The Newsletter is delivered electronically to the email address provided by the User;
f) Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it in the fields marked as mandatory will prevent the use of the Newsletter service;
g) Confirmation of the Newsletter service order by the User is tantamount to the User's declaration that the data provided in the form relates to that User and is true;
h) Defence24 uses SSL encryption protocol when providing the services described in the Terms and Conditions. In order to facilitate navigation on the Websites, “cookies” are installed on the User's device. Their installation is necessary for the proper functioning of the services. The User may delete cookies using the tools available in web browsers, but their deletion may affect the functionality of the Services. After unsubscribing from the Newsletter, the User should manually delete cookies in accordance with the instructions provided in the web browser manual.
5. Processing of personal data:
The controller of personal data provided by Users is Defence24 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Foksal 18, 00-372 Warsaw. 6. User obligations
The User undertakes to use the Newsletter in accordance with applicable Polish law, social and moral norms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, and the rules of netiquette, and in particular to:
a) act in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other Users,
b) not transfer the right to use the Newsletter to third parties
c) refrain from copying and distributing the Newsletter or any part thereof, unless permitted under the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2006, No. 90, item 631, as amended) and the Act of July 27, 2001 on the Protection of Databases (Journal of Laws 2001, No. 128, item 1402, as amended).
7. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter
a) The User has the right to terminate the Newsletter Subscription Agreement at any time, without providing a reason, especially if they do not accept changes introduced to the Terms and Conditions. Termination of the Agreement may be made via the contact form available on the website of the selected Service chosen by the User or by sending correspondence to the following address: [email protected].
b) Immediately after the termination of the Agreement, Defence24 will cease delivering the Newsletter to the User.
c) If the User submits a request for the deletion of personal data provided in the registration form, it will result in Defence24 being unable to continue providing the Service.
8. Complaints Procedure
1. Complaints regarding the Service shall be submitted electronically to the following address: [email protected]. The complaint shll include a detailed description of the issue encountered.
2. Responses shall be provided promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint, to the email address from which the complaint was received, or in another manner agreed upon with the User.
9. Disclaimers
1. The information provided in the Newsletter does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Defence24 is not liable for any decisions made based on the content delivered through its services. The User is obliged to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the characteristics of products and services offered by Defence24, as well as RelAfgfiliatedated and Cooperating Entities.
2. Defence24 will make every effort to ensure that the information sent electronically is reliable and accurate, but is not liable for any changes that may occur during data transmission.
3. Defence24 reserves the right to temporarily disable the Profile or the Newsletter for maintenance purposes.
4. In the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions, Defence24 will request the User to remedy the breach and use the Newsletter in accordance with the Terms. In legally justified cases, Defence24 reserves the right to block access to the Newsletter without prior notice.
5. Defence24 reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in the event of introducing new features or services on the Sites, as well as modifying or discontinuing certain functionalities. Users will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions at least 7 days before they come into effect, by sending a notification to the email address provided by the User. If the User does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter within 21 days of receiving the change notification. Failure to unsubscribe constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
