Russian drones shot down over Poland. Operational Command confirms

The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces announced that during today’s massive attack by the Russian Federation on targets located in Ukraine, Polish airspace was repeatedly violated by drones.
According to the official statement, a military operation is currently underway aimed at identifying and neutralizing the objects. By order of the Operational Commander, weapons were employed, and the relevant services are conducting activities related to locating and securing the wreckage of the downed unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Command appealed to residents of eastern and central Poland to exercise particular caution and remain indoors. “The most threatened regions are the Podlaskie, Mazowieckie, and Lubelskie provinces,” the statement said.
Deputy Minister of Defense Cezary Tomczyk reported that the President of the Republic of Poland and the Prime Minister have been informed of the situation.
