Thomas Rose will be the new US ambassador to Poland. US President Donald Trump’s nomination will be probably approved by the US Senate.
Thomas Rose’s hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee was held on Tuesday. “Poland was not the perpetrator of the Holocaust, Poland was its victim,” said the future Ambassador of the United States of America to the Republic of Poland.

Some simple truths, still uttered loud and clear. Which is not always the case.
Thank you, @TomRoseIndy, and see you hopefully soon in Warsaw. pic.twitter.com/E8OVQaasmv
“Poland stands not only at the crossroads of Europe and guarding NATO’s eastern flank; Poland is leading Europe’s growing determination to confront aggression,” said the incoming U.S. ambassador to our country, whose appointment was formally approved by the U.S. Senate on Tuesday. As a result, Rose will now be able to submit letters of credence to the President of Poland, formally assuming office.
Trump: He will take care of our business
We learned of Rose’s appointment in February via one of US President Donald Trump’s social media profiles.
„Thomas is a respected businessman and commentator who hosted a successful radio program at Sirius XM for nearly a decade and served as publisher and CEO ofThe Jerusalem Post. He will ensure that our interests are represented in Poland and will always put America first.” - Trump wrote.
Rose also previously served as chief strategist and senior advisor to former Vice President Mike Pence.
