Dr. Andrzej Fałkowski, Lieutenant General (Ret.), over 40 years of professional military service, including 14 years abroad in NATO and the USA. He held many positions incl. Deputy Chief of the General Staff (DChoD) of the Polish Armed Forces, Polish Military Representative to the NATO and EU Military Committees in Brussels, Defence, Military, Naval and Air Attaché in the US in Washington D.C.,
Director of the Logistics and Resources Division of the NATO International Military Staff (IMS) in Brussels, Director of the MoD Budget Department, Deputy Head of the Strategic Planning Directorate J-5 of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces.
Dr n. ekon. Andrzej Fałkowski, generał broni w stanie spoczynku, ma za sobą ponad 40 lat zawodowej służby wojskowej, w tym 14 lat poza granicami kraju, w NATO i USA. Zajmował wiele stanowisk, m.in.: zastępcy szefa Sztabu Generalnego WP, Polskiego Przedstawiciela Wojskowego przy Komitetach Wojskowych NATO i UE w Brukseli, Attaché Obrony, Wojskowego, Morskiego i Lotniczego w USA w Waszyngtonie, dyrektora Zarządu Logistyki i Zasobów Międzynarodowego Sztabu Wojskowego NATO (IMS) w Brukseli, dyrektora Departamentu Budżetowego MON, zastępcy szefa Generalnego Zarządu Planowania Strategicznego P-5 Sztabu Generalnego WP.
