Gen Lavigne: Resilience is an important element of new NATO Strategic Concept
General Philippe Lavigne, NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation highlighted the importance of both military and civil resilience development for the NATO in an interview for Defence24.com
General Lavigne also said that resilience will be included in the new NATO Strategic Concept that shall be adopted at the upcoming Madrid summit. The General mentioned that civil-military cooperation is essential for resilience.
The interview took place during NATO Resilience Symposium 2022.
