Changes in PIT-RADWAR's Management

PIT-RADWAR S.A.’s supervisory board appointed a new President of the Management Board, along with two management board members. The Acting President and one board member were dismissed at the same time.

PIT-RADWAR S.A.’s supervisory board dismissed Paweł Rogosz, acting in the capacity of the President of the Management Board, and Marek Adamiak, a Management Board Member. The following persons were appointed as the new members of the Management Board: Marek Borejko - the President of the Management Board, Grzegorz Baran, as a Board Member, and Arkadiusz Sułek, as a Board Member.

Marek Borejko has accumulated many years of experience planning and implementing air/missile defence system programmes. In recent years he was working on implementation of those at PGZ S.A. Although he was appointed the President of the Management Board at PIT-RADWAR, he would still be working as Air/Missile Defence programmes director at PGZ S.A., fusing this with his new leadership position at PIT-RADWAR.

PIT-RADWAR S.A. is a PGZ Group company specializing in radars, IFF systems, air defences, and EW. The company provides the Armed Forces with Bystra, and TRS-15M radars, along with OSU-35K AAA systems. Soon the catalogue will also include P-18PL radars, new Sajna, and Warta radars, along with an SPL passive sensor system. PIT-RADWAR is also a key stakeholder in Little Narew, Narew, and Pilica+ air defence programmes, it is also involved in the Wisła programme.
