Polish loitering munition manufactured by the WB Group—Warmate—has been employed in the ongoing conflict between India and Pakistan. New Delhi has been operating Polish UAVs since 2022.
So far, several online reports have shown the wreckage of multiple units of this Polish‐made loitering munition, which were procured for the Indian armed forces in 2022. The Indians began deploying various types of loitering munitions in their strikes against Pakistani military positions.
Pakistan’s forces have claimed to have shot down at least several Polish Warmate drones, doing so both through kinetic means and by using electronic warfare systems.

Warmate drones are also being used in combat in Ukraine against Russian forces. Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, and Poland all have Warmate in their arsenals—and South Korea is likely to follow suit soon.
