PGZ unveils plans for MSPO 2026. Heavy Infantry Fighting Vehicle Prototype, OSA, SAN, and Record-Breaking Showcase in New Expo Hall

The history of Targi Kielce’s cooperation with Poland’s largest defence manufacturer dates back to the days of the Bumar Group and the Polish Defence Holding. Following the creation of the Polish Armaments Group in 2013, the partnership has been consistently developed, with PGZ remaining the uninterrupted Strategic Partner of the International Defence Industry Exhibition.

“The Polish Armaments Group has been our natural partner for many years. Since MSPO was launched, our aim has been to create a global window of opportunity in Kielce for the Polish defence industry. Today, alongside the Polish Armaments Group, we are bringing that vision to life, building the brand of an event that leads the sector in this part of Europe,” said Andrzej Mochoń, President of the Management Board of Targi Kielce.

The venue chosen for signing the contract was no coincidence. The ceremony took place inside Targi Kielce’s new exhibition hall, which is currently nearing completion. The facility will officially open during this year’s MSPO and will host the inaugural showcase by the Polish Armaments Group this September. As the Strategic Partner, PGZ will present its portfolio in this new exhibition space, ushering in the next chapter in the history of both the trade fair and its partnership with Targi Kielce.

“This year’s MSPO will be truly exceptional for the Polish Armaments Group. For the first time, we will present our exhibition in Targi Kielce’s new hall, opening up entirely new possibilities to demonstrate the Group’s full potential. We aim to showcase not only our latest solutions, but also the future strategic trajectory of the Polish defence industry. We will highlight progress in our missile programmes, 155 mm ammunition capabilities, joint projects delivered with international partners, and a prototype of a heavy infantry fighting vehicle. Furthermore, we will hold key talks regarding the OSA and SAN programmes – both vital to national security and fundamental to advancing defence capabilities and Polish industrial capacity. We are equally committed to ensuring MSPO serves as a premier forum for substantive discussion on security, industrial development, and the future of defence technology,” stated Adam Leszkiewicz, President of the Management Board of the Polish Armaments Group.

The signed contract serves not only as a formal endorsement of the partnership, but also as an expression of a shared vision for the future development of the International Defence Industry Exhibition. The long-standing collaboration between Targi Kielce and the Polish Armaments Group consistently reinforces MSPO’s standing as one of Europe’s premier defence events, with this year’s edition – elevated by the new hall and PGZ’s flagship exhibition – marking the next step in the event’s evolution.

This year’s International Defence Industry Exhibition promises to be the largest in the event’s more than 30-year history. Nearly two months ahead of the opening, almost 1,000 exhibitors from across the globe have confirmed their presence, and all available exhibition space at Targi Kielce is entirely sold out. This year’s Exhibition will take place under the Honorary Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, with Canada featured as the Lead Nation, represented by 82 companies and a high-level government delegation. A record number of exhibitors, the debut of the new hall, an extensive schedule of conferences and events, and the presence of global defence leaders combine to ensure MSPO 2026 will be the largest and most prestigious edition in the history of the trade fair.
