Andrzej (Andrew) Marszewski is a British-Polish, Official Associate of Defence24, based in London whose background includes having served as an infantryman in the British Territorial Army Volunteer Reserve, humanitarian aid work during the Bosnian War, pastoral work and a total of 15 years' work in UK railway operations. He holds a BA Hons degree from St. Mary's University in London in History, Religious Studies/Theology, having achieved a Distinction grade for his dissertation on The Role of Religion in War in Former Yugoslavia 1991-94, and a Licentiate-Masters in Catholic Theology from Fribourg University in Switzerland. He specialises in the intersection of religion/theology/ethnicity in conflict, the geopolitics of the Vatican, all aspects of military affairs, hybrid warfare, intelligence threats, UK national security and defence, critical infrastructure security and strategic railway operations. In London he works to strengthen the British-Polish defence partnership and is actively working to develop Defence24’s presence within the whole UK strategic community.
