In response to questions from Defence24.pl, the Armament Agency disclosed which entities have applied to take part in preliminary market consultations concerning a counter-UAS system intended to protect critical infrastructure.

Let us recall that in late March, the Armament Agency launched preliminary market consultations regarding the acquisition of a modern counter-drone system designed to enhance the security of military air bases and critical infrastructure.
The objective is to create a stationary system intended for the detection, identification, tracking, and neutralization of Class I unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), both individual drones and those operating in groups. The system is to consist of three main components: multi-sensor detection, signal jamming, and neutralization management, including data fusion and integration with already existing command systems.
The consultations are expected to last at least until the end of June 2026. On their basis, the technical and operational requirements will be refined, which will make it possible in the future to prepare a potential description of the procurement.
