MSPO 2024: Poland Purchases UAVs and Radars

During the 2nd day MSPO 2024 in Kielce, the Armament Agency signed two contracts. The first concerned the supply of radar systems from INDRA SISTEMAS S.A.. The second concerned the procurement of further FlyEye UAV systems from WB Electronics.

The Armament Agency has signed a contract for the supply of 15 Drawa airfield region control radar (RKRL) systems. The winner of the tender was the Spanish company INDRA SISTEMAS S.A, the winner was announced earlier this year. Eight of the systems are a basic order and seven are an option, along with the creation of the necessary infrastructure.

In addition, the Armament Agency decided to sign a contract with WB Electronics to supply a further six FlyEye mini-UAV sets to the Polish Armed Forces. Earlier this year, also a contract for the supply of seven sets of unmanned reconnaissance FlyEye mini-UAVs was concluded.
